Rolan is a commercial lawyer and a litigator. His main areas of expertise are drafting, vetting and negotiation commercial contracts ranging from IPR licensing to construction. He regularly acts for clients in contentious matters before Maltese courts and other public authorities.

He graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2008 and was subsequently admitted to the Bar in 2009.

He is passionate about football and follows closely the Italian football team AC Milan.  Rolan is also very interested in current affairs as well as being a bit of a film buff.

He is fluent in English, Italian and Maltese.
