Ruth is a corporate, taxation and financial services lawyer. Her principal areas of specialisation are corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring including mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, taxation (direct and indirect) and contract drafting and negotiation. Ruth also regularly advises on matters relating to capital markets, gaming law and employment law.

She graduated magna cum laude with an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge in 2006 after having been conferred with a Doctor of Laws from in University of Malta in 2005.

Ruth joined WH Law in 2006 and was admitted to the Bar in Malta in 2007.  She became a partner of WH Partners on 1 January 2012.

Ruth is a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners of Malta.

As well as having a particular interest in current affairs, travelling and Indian food Ruth enjoys languages. In fact she is fluent in English, Maltese, Italian and French, all of which she uses for day to day business.
